The Health and Social Care Bill
The Bill goes to the House of Lords for debate on 11 October, after which it will go to committee stage for scrutiny. There is still time to write to a peer and influence their decision. We believe that there is a really good chance that the Bill will be able to be amended at this stage. Despite us firmly wanting to see the Bill derailed as every element of the Bill will damage the NHS, we also believe that we need to strive to get the Bill amended, so the worse aspects of the market will reduced. We seriously need your help to achieve this.
